RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Slyveta. We want every order to be handled clearly and fairly. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns may be requested, how refunds are reviewed, and what to do if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SECTION 1 — RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- unused;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original packaging, when possible;
- complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and included items;
- accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 2 — RETURN APPROVAL

After you contact us, we will review your request and provide the next steps if the return is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send your item to any address before receiving return instructions from us.

SECTION 3 — RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping labels may not be provided in all cases.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Slyveta is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

SECTION 4 — DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at slyveta.store@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For faster help, include:

- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- a clear description of the issue;
- photos or videos of the item;
- photos of the packaging and shipping label, if relevant.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

SECTION 5 — EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-condition reasons.

Non-returnable items may include:

- opened or used personal care items;
- opened or used sleep, oral, wellness, or hygiene-related products;
- items damaged after delivery;
- items missing parts, accessories, packaging, or included materials;
- gift cards;
- final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale;
- items returned outside the return window.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or items that cannot be safely returned.

SECTION 6 — SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale items may be final sale if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase. If a sale item is not marked final sale, it may be eligible for return if it meets the requirements of this policy.

SECTION 7 — EXCHANGES

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item after the return is accepted.

SECTION 8 — EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

To be eligible, your item must generally be in the same condition that you received it: unused, complete, and in its original packaging when possible. You will also need proof of purchase.

Certain items may be excluded from this right where permitted by law, including opened hygiene-related goods, personalized goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened, or other excluded products.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SECTION 9 — REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

SECTION 10 — PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued when appropriate, including when:

- only part of an order is returned;
- an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition;
- parts, accessories, packaging, or included materials are missing;
- the issue affects only part of the order.

We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund if the returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy.

SECTION 11 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at slyveta.store@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 12 — LOST, DELAYED, OR MARKED-DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your order appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at slyveta.store@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the situation and help determine the next available steps.

Slyveta is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

SECTION 13 — REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we may be unable to issue a full refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be resent.

SECTION 14 — RESPONSE TIMES

We aim to respond to return and refund requests within 1–2 business days.

Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
