Most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different locations or suppliers.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, the package may still be in transit or awaiting carrier scan updates.

Slyveta is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at slyveta.store@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Slyveta is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Slyveta is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges required by your local customs authority.

We will review the issue and help determine the next available steps.

Slyveta is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist where possible.

SECTION 9 — MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

This can happen when items are fulfilled separately, shipped from different locations, or require different handling times.

If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items may still be in transit.
